Day 22: The beginning of week 4 and into the end of my first 30 days

Day 22:  I awoke at 232.5...UGH!

I enjoyed my Ionix and water.  Then later a chocolate and banana shake with my natural accelerator.

I went for a morning jog...making my fasted mile to date according to my Nike running app :)  NICE!  That was a good feeling.  I did my HIIT and then ran a  few errands.

I did some Pampered Chef work and then had a chocolate and blackberry shake for lunch with some more water.

I am looking at my goals....My goal at the beginning of 2014 was to hit 235 by our friend's wedding on April 26th (this Saturday)....and I have made and passed that goal !  I feel like I have more energy and drive.  I still really want to hit 225 by the end of month 1 and am already planning my plan of attack for month two.  The body can only be tricked for so long and to keep the metabolism on edge, you have to change it up...so next month I am considering 2 day cleanses or just cleansing 2 days a week....we will see how it goes.

I had more water and a natural accelerator around 3pm and then started prepping supper.  Tonight would be turkey quinoa meatballs, with pesto hummus and marinara sauce on wheat wraps :)

After an amazing dinner, I couldn't seem to talk my husband into going for a walk with me and I guess I was a little sulky.  I had to run a quick errand for a friend and while I was out stopped by the local brew house to try their latest beer.....they make limited amounts and sometimes only 1 batch of something and because I love craft brews I just couldn't help myself.

I came home and enjoyed water, herbal tea and my IsaFlush before bed.

Day 21 - the end of week 3

Day 21:

I awoke at 233 and was in shock!  I have been working out vigorously and my calories have been negative in my calorie counter.  I mean, I realize I had a holiday meal and had a small amount of alcohol, but honestly...I was a tad frustrated.

I had my Ionix and water.  Later a shake, natural accelerator and water.  I started some High Intensity Interval Training with my derby teammates and made sure to get that done for the day.

In the after noon, I enjoyed an IsaLean Bar
as I had a friend over and we were working on another batch of macaroons :)

Chocolate Decadence IsaLean bar

3rd batch was a success!  We all tried one before bagging them up!

I drank lots of water and prepped for our supper meal (Baked ham, broccoli and pepper spring rolls).  In the afternoon I started my period...and then the weight gain and all made sense :)  I guess that is what I get for bloating.

Supper was amazing and was under 500 calories for 4 rolls.

We went on a family walk in the evening and had some park playing time.

I enjoyed water, herbal tea and Isaflush before bed.

Day 16 : A Day in the Kitchen

Day 16 I awoke at the same weight....okay now I am pretty sure I have hit a plateau, however I feel really good and am going to see what this week's cleanse brings me.

For people who know me... I LOVE TO COOK!  And today was a Kitchen day :)

I started my day with a serving of cleanse for life.   Then my warm Ionix Supreme and some water to start the day.

I took a quick trip to the local store to buy some ingredients I needed and when I returned home, I made a 1/2 vanilla, 1/2 chocolate strawberry shake and took my natural accelerator.

At around 10:30 am I started cooking.  First White Bean Chicken Chili that would be for supper.  Once I got that in the crock pot and ready I cleaned the kitchen and dishes.  Drank some water.  Then to start the big project.....macaroons.  This was my first attempt.  I got a lot of exercise by running around town looking for a flour sifter....why on earth aren't these anywhere to be found!!!

I drank water and slowly prepared my macaroons.  All in all, it worked.  Not perfect, but not a failure.  I did eat one when they were finished before I boxed some up for a friend's birthday.

For lunch I ate a KIND bar just to try it and as I am looking for everyday alternatives for Isagenix items if I ever decide to only buy certain products.  I drank more water and had my 2nd natural accelerator as I was buzzing about the kitchen.

I then got a wild idea to attempt my first artisan bread.  Again, not great but not a total loss.  I will be trying both recipes again next week :)

For supper I had a bowl of white bean chicken chili with a small piece of artisan bread and a macaroon for dessert.  I then went to a very intense roller derby practice.  All in all, it felt like a good day.
